Application Form (General/OBC/OEC)
Individuals interested in the fee concession (with an annual income of less than 2 Lakhs) may submit an income certificate from the Village Officer, and the application must be attested by the relevant Councillor (the chairperson of the ward committee).

Income Certificate (less than 3 lakhs) and Caste certificate required. The application must be attested by the relevant Councillor (the chairperson of the ward committee).
The below approved courses of central and state institutions such as IHRD, C-APT, KELTRON, NIIELIT etc. have been conducted at the Computer Training Center of Thiruvananthapuram Municipality HREDC for many years.
Individuals with an income exceeding the specified threshold, as well as those not residing within the Corporation area, are required to pay the full fees (installment payment option available).
